We had successfully developed and supplied the complete pilot line with width 400mm for both hard and soft dough. The line consists of sheeting section including gauge rolls, rotary cutter, rotary moulder, salt/sugar sprinkler, egg wash, panner, hybrid oven of direct gas fired and convection sections etc., which can be taylor made in accordance with the customer’s specific requirements. The line as shown in the picture is in operation in a R&D Center of one of the world largest food manufacturing group.
